The WWHL host also shared why he also finds West Wilson to be so “lovable.”
Andy Cohen has a lot in common with all Bravolebrities, but he has a unique connection with a few who hail from his home city.
The Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen host may now be known as a New Yorker through and through, but the current Big Apple resident is actually from St. Louis, Missouri.
Andy isn’t the only one from Bravo who calls St. Louis home, though: Vanderpump Rules’ Tom Sandoval is also from the Midwestern city.
Andy Cohen’s Special Bond with Tom Sandoval
During a recent broadcast of Radio Andy, the dad of two was sharing his thoughts on Summer House newbie West Wilson, who also hails from Missouri, before he moved on to Sandoval.
“I mean, Tom Sandoval and I — people are always like, ‘Explain your relationship with Tom Sandoval.’ I’m like, ‘We’re both from St. Louis, man, I don’t know what to tell you,” Andy explained. “We connected on St. Louis.”
From the moment that Andy first learned that the Tom Sandoval & The Most Extras singer was from the Missouri city, he knew that there was a bond there.
“I remember first seeing him on Vanderpump Rules with a St. Louis hat on, and at the time, I had met him, but I didn’t realize he was from there,” he continued. “I was so excited to have someone else on Bravo repping St. Louis.”
Andy Cohen and West Wilson’s Connection
Andy also shared his thoughts on West Wilson following his Clubhouse debut on WWHL.
“He’s very lovable, and he’s very thoughtful and fun,” Andy said. “He’s a great guy, and he’s so proud of being from Missouri, which I love. I’m a Missouri guy. When Missouri people meet Missouri people, there’s something — and St. Louis people.”
West, Tom, and Andy may all be from Missouri, but the latter Bravoleb is the only one who currently has a star on the St. Louis Walk of Fame.
