The RHOBH cast member’s house is even more gorgeous than we thought.
We often see Kyle Richards’ Encino house on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, but recently, the mom-of-four shared new looks inside her family’s abode, and it’s even more gorgeous than we thought.
In April 18 Instagram Stories, Kyle snapped a selfie to show off her outfit, and while we loved the L’AGENCE look, we were also captivated by the living room on display behind her.
In 2021, Kyle transformed the room with blue walls (that replaced their former white color), swapped out a marble coffee table for an eye-catching wood one, and changed the art above the fireplace.
It seems Kyle has since made more changes, including new window treatments and a new sofa to replace the white one that was formerly there.
Later that same day, Kyle showed one of her dogs getting cozy in the primary bedroom of the home, which has a stunning gray fireplace.
During an October 2023 appearance on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen, Kyle explained that Mauricio Umansky was staying in that bedroom while she sleeps “in a different room” as they continue to live together amid their separation.
“I let him stay in the primary bedroom because it’s very, like, masculine and the upstairs floor is like the glam — I can’t stand that word — area, and there’s a bed,” she said at the time. “So I was like, ‘You know what, what am I gonna do? Put him a little room with flowers and, you know, pink and velvet?’ No.” She seemed to reconsider in that moment, saying, “I could.”
Inside Kyle Richards and Mauricio Umansky’s La Quinta vacation home
When Kyle isn’t in the Encino home, she is often at one of her family’s vacation homes in Aspen and La Quinta. The latter property, which you can see in the video above, has a jaw-dropping view and stunning outdoor space. “This is what having a house in the desert is all about,” Kyle says in the video above while showing the pool and view of the mountains. “It just brings us a lot of happiness.”
