The former RHOBH castmate had a surprising take on the Kyle and Morgan’s relationship.
Lisa Vanderpump’s friendship with Kyle Richards came to a dramatic end on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Season 9, so it’s no surprise that the restaurateur is uninterested in hearing the latest about Kyle’s personal life.
When asked about Kyle’s friendship with country singer Morgan Wade, Lisa had something shady to say about her former friend’s relationship status.

While chatting recently with Parade, the Vanderpump Rules matriarch was asked if she had “any thoughts” on Kyle and Morgan’s relationship.
“Why do we have to know about her relationship… I don’t care,” Lisa said about the headlines surrounding the pair’s friendship. “How about that? I don’t care.”
Lisa is fine with Kyle keeping the details of her personal life more private. “Like, do what you gotta do and keep it to yourself,” she added. “OK?”

In the summer of 2023, Kyle separated from her husband of 27 years, Mauricio Umansky. Headlines soon began to circulate that Kyle was involved in a romantic relationship with Morgan, but the two have continuously said that they are just friends.
Lisa weighed in on Kyle and Mauricio’s separation during an interview with TODAY with Hoda and Jenna in January 2024.
“I felt very sad for her because I know Kyle really held her marriage very close and near,” she said. “It was very, very important to her, and she always kinda gave the impression of everything being perfect whether it was or it wasn’t.”
“I think it’s a shame, I really do. I hope they find their way back to each other.”
During Part 3 of the RHOBH Season 13 reunion, which aired in March 2024, Kyle admitted that she was “obviously curious” about the country singer, which is why she agreed to appear in the music video for her song, “Fall in Love with Me.”
Though the two are close friends, Kyle could, potentially, see their relationship turning into something more.
“I’m evolving. I’m changing [and] I’m clearly going through some evolution on my own, and I don’t know what my future holds right now,” she said on the reunion.
