Nick Viall gave it his all on The Bachelor, The Bachelorette, and Bachelor in Paradise. But true love eluded him. Finally, Nick met his person, Natalie Joy, and proposed in January 2023. The two had been dating for two years.
And more good news was on the way. In February 2024, Nick and Natalie welcomed their daughter, River. And the happy couple made sure that River was a part of the festivities when they walked down the aisle. People has all the details.
Welcome to the party!
The duo started off the festivities with a welcome party that was “country-chic.” Natalie explained, “I figured since we’re on a farm and we’re in Georgia, it would be fun to really lean in and have cowboys and cowboy hats and boots and all the animals roaming around. It’s just very relaxed and fun!” she added. It looks like the couple had a blast!
Nick and Natalie say ‘I Do’
The couple were married on April 27, 2024, in Georgia at Natalie’s family’s 300-acre farm. “It’s a place that has always been very special to Natalie,” Nick stated. Natalie explained the feeling of their ceremony. “I feel like the vibe of our ceremony is very ethereal, very romantic, with florals everywhere. Lots of white flowers and we’ve got a touch of light blue as [a] little bit of color,” she said.
In front of their 170 guests, the popular podcast host made his grand entrance to the song In Your Eyes by Peter Gabriel. He sported a Hugo Boss tux.
Natalie wore a custom gown designed by Macye Wysner of Cinq. And she carried their baby, River, in her arms as she walked towards her groom. After reciting their vows, the newlyweds set free a flock of homing pigeons.
The cocktail hour was followed by a reception. The bride and groom shared the first dance to the song One and Only by Adele. “We wanted it to be extremely fun. No long speeches, no formalities. Just pure enjoyment for everyone,” Natalie said of their reception vibe. Plenty of familiar faces were in attendance, including Ashley Iaconetti, Jared Haibon, Victoria Fuller, who was also a bridesmaid, and Ben Higgins.
Congratulations and best wishes to Nick, Natalie, and River!
