Was the cast of The Real Housewives of New Jersey joining forces to bring Luis “Louie” Ruelas down during the heated Season 13 reunion?
Well, that’s what Teresa Guidice believes after getting some insider information from a surprising source.
Teresa made the shocking allegation in a preview clip that hints at some of the drama taking center stage during the premiere of Season 14.
In the clip, Teresa and Louie told Dolores Catania and her boyfriend, Paul Connell, during a dinner out together that the allegation came from none other than Dolores’ ex-husband, Frank Catania.
“Frank told Louie that they all met at Margaret’s [Josephs] house before New York happened to have a plan to go against Louie and I,” Teresa revealed.
Teresa seemingly implied her brother, Joe Gorga, and his wife, Melissa — who have been feuding with the mom of four for years — had been part of the plot.
“I don’t speak to my brother and Melissa,” Teresa said, before adding that she would “absolutely not” even utter a hello to her estranged family members in the wake of the reunion.
Teresa went on to explain in her confessional that Louie was “really upset” after the reunion especially after Frank spoke out about her new hubby, seemingly blaming him for some of the Season 13 drama.
“There has been such angry, angry arguments in this show, and it has never, ever gotten to the point it has gotten to right now — and the only thing different is Louie,” he told the guys backstage during Part 2 of the reunion.
Frank also alleged that after filming for Season 13 stopped, Louie “f-cked me this year for no reason and I did nothing but try to help him.”
“Normally, I keep my mouth shut. Not today,” he told the guys.
It wasn’t the only suggestion of brewing tension between the two men. Part 2 of the Season 13 reunion also included previously unseen footage of Frank opening up to Joe about the problems his son, Frankie, had with Louie while working for him. He claimed Louie “closed down” the company without ever telling Frankie, something Frank admitted he had a “problem” with.
But in the wake of the reunion, Teresa insisted that Louie and Frank patched things up.
“So then after New York my husband reached out to Frank, they made up, and he’s like, ‘I just want you to know that they all came up with the plan’ trying to take Louie and myself down.” Teresa claimed, without providing any other details.
Where does Louie stand with John Fuda?
While Louie’s relationship with Frank appears to be on the mend, it seems there’s still some unresolved tension between Louie and John Fuda.
Teresa revealed during the dinner that Louie tried to reach out to John via text to suggest they get coffee together to “clear the air” — but the businessman told him he’d rather just talk at an upcoming event.
“To me, that’s not the right move,” Teresa said.
“It’s just a matter of manly respect to sit down and talk,” Louie added.
Paul seemed to agree that any conversation between the two men should be done away from the prying eyes of the rest of the group.
“Well, to be honest, it’s a private conversation, you should have it private,” Paul said.
“Yeah, I don’t need an audience,” Louie agreed.
Louie and Teresa may be starting Season 14 in a precarious place with some of their castmates, but not everyone is at odds with the newlyweds.
Teresa said she thinks Danielle Cabral is “awesome” and described her relationship with Jennifer Aydin as “great” — but just don’t expect her to break bread with Melissa or Joe anytime soon.
