Heather Dubrow proudly showed off her lavish Hollywood-themed holiday decor at her $16M mansion, which she has dubbed ‘Dubrow 90210’.

The Real Housewives of Orange County star, 54, took to her official YouTube channel to share a video of herself giving a tour of their vast foyer, decked out dining room, and cozy living room.

At the beginning of the clip, the reality TV personality opened the door to reveal a massive entryway, which was ornate with twinkling lights and pine garland.

In the middle of the room, she showed off a custom, gold vintage camera surrounded by director chairs with their family emblem and personalized with their names.

As she said in the clip, the entrepreneur — who turned heads in a short minidress and knee-high boots after celebrating her 27th anniversary with her husband, Terry Dubrow — ‘loves a good monogram’.

Dubrow and her husband have four children — Nicky and Max, both 19, Katerina, 16, and Ace, 12.

All of them had a gift box with their Yuletide pajamas laid out in the seat of their custom director’s chairs.

She explained that every Christmas morning, she and her family wear matching Christmas pajamas — an annual tradition with a different theme each year.

The chairs surrounded a table with a massive gold camera with their family crest as well as a miniature maquette next to megaphones for the parents and a movie clapperboard.

Their family logo featured two lions surrounding a ‘D’ crest and also their surname above their city and zip code.

At one point, she put one of the megaphones up to her mouth to test it out and also display the details on the customized decoration.

Then, Dubrow went on to explain how they chose this particular theme for the holiday.

She said their new home had previously been owned by a slew of famous Hollywood producers in the past.

On either side of the massive doors displaying a stunning view of the city, she showed off two of the many ornate Christmas trees in their home.

The sparkling evergreens were decorated in massive gold and silver ornaments as well as wrapped in a massive, gold and film-inspired ribbons.

Then, she moved on to the dining room with a stunning fireplace and decorated as a high-end concession stand, continuing with the luxurious gold and silver theme.

She showed off a long dining table covered with boxes of ‘fancier’ than typical candies.

Panning over the ‘beautiful candies’, she described how each one was wrapped intricately and ‘named after us’.

Right in the center of the display, she also unveiled three chocolate figures and wrapped in gold to resemble iconic statue awards.

And not only were the packaged treats labeled with their surname, the popcorn station was also embellished with their Dubrow Cinemas ‘holiday logo’.

She also explained that each of the three socks above the fireplace mantel were for the family’s precious pets.

She then explained that this particular room is special to her as she misses the movie theater in their family’s old home.

‘When asked what I miss the most about Chateau Dubrow — I know you all think it’s the closet or my champagne doorbell — but honestly, it’s the movie theater,’ she said.

‘That was such a special place to watch a movie,’ she continued. ‘Now, you know, going to that AMC, it’s just not the same!’

She then went on to showcase their family’s extravagant and colossal advent calendar.

For each date, she explained there was a large ‘punch box’ underneath a cardboard Hollywood sign.

She also said that special dates of the month also hold ‘special gifts’.

She said that her son Ace’s birthday is on the 13th so that particular gift is catered towards him and his interests.

She added that on the 24th, the surprise will complement their annual tradition of matching family pajamas.

She then gave a tour of their most intimate, ‘cozy’ living and entertainment room, which was decorated with retro toy televisions.

She explained each one on the shelf displayed ‘shows we’ve all grown up with’.

In the same room, she showed off their ‘family tree’, which was decorated with ornaments either picked by their children or gathered over the years to celebrate moments in their lives.

There was a driver’s license ornament for Max from 2019. There was also a baseball one for Ace to represent how he came out as transgender and chose his preferred name in 2022.

This year, Heather joked around said she added an ornament for Katerina’s first car crash.

Dubrow also displayed an ornament for when they sold their previous home in 2022 and moved to the 90210 zip code.

Back in July, the plastic surgeon and his wife bought their current home, a $16.1 million ‘botched’ estate in Beverly Hills.

The couple — who tied the knot back in 1999 — had famously sold their Orange County mega-mansion, affectionately named Chateau Dubrow, for a record-breaking $55 million.

The Botched reality star said that their new home is a fixer upper and will be undergoing renovations for about three years.

The estate was previously owned by millionaire restauranteur Steve Crane — who was married to silver screen legend Lana Turner.

Then, the home was owned by bestselling author Harold Robbins.

The Dubrows will also be surrounded by big names as they will be neighbors with LeBrown James, Drake as well as Chrissy Teigen and John Legend.
