Vicki Gunvalson has lived in the same cushy Coto de Caza pad for 20 years (see the clip above for a tour). And though she’s made many happy memories in the sprawling home — and filmed many a Real Housewives of Orange County interview there — she’s ready to make a move.
How to Watch
After closing on a Puerto Vallarta condo back in May, the insurance pro toured another beachside property in June. “Time for a change,” she noted then. And now, Vicki’s doubled down on that sentiment by putting her longtime Orange County home on the market for $3.4 million.
“Check out the video of my beautiful home that I just listed for sale,” Vicki wrote in an August 13 Instagram post. “This home has brought me so much joy and happiness. I’m ready to pass the baton onto another family who will be able to enjoy it as much as I have.”
According to the listing, the five-bedroom house sits on a whole acre. That considerable spread of land is accented with some resort-style amenities, including a grotto-like pool with waterfalls, a fire pit, and a bar area.
There’s also a gorgeous kitchen with a huge central island (Vicki’s been busily cooking up Whole 30 recipes right in that spot), a cozy sitting room with a roaring fireplace, and a formal dining room with a hand-painted bird mural. And for a little more drama, the house has a sweeping, wrought-iron central staircase leading to the second floor.
