The RHOBH alum captured an amusing moment during her cooking session with 12-year-old Eloise.
Denise Richards had a very relatable and amusing mom moment.
On Saturday, April 13, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum shared a rare look at her life with Eloise, her 12-year-old daughter she adopted in 2011. The clip — filmed inside Denise’s SoCal condo/studio — showed the mother and daughter behind a large dining table covered with various cooking essentials, including a glass baking dish, some measuring cups, a hand mixer, and a few ingredients.

“OK, we preheated our oven,” Denise said while reading from a dessert box. “We need one egg. We need one-fourth [cup] of water. So I will get the one-fourth water and I’ll put in the…”
As the Beverly Hills mom continued to list the ingredients, a clearly disinterested Eloise looked at the camera and began making the blabbermouth motion with her hand. Although Denise was out of the frame at the time, it was obvious she had caught Eloise’s amusing gesture, as the little girl looked to the side and busted out in laughter.

“Thank Goodness for a camera,” Denise captioned the video, followed by the “cooking at the studio” hashtag. “This was definitely a teachable moment for me. No idea I talk too much. Do all my kids feel this way[?]”
Denise Richards adopts Eloise after her split from Charlie Sheen
Viewers were introduced to Eloise back in 2019 when Denise joined the RHOBH cast. The longtime actress spoke about her family life in Season 9, Episode 2, saying she shared two older daughters — Lola and Sami — with her ex-husband, Charlie Sheen, and welcomed Eloise about five years after their divorce.
“I adopted [Eloise] when she was born as a single mom,” Denise said in the February 19, 2019, episode.
Denise Richards opens up about Eloise’s medical condition
Years after the adoption, Eloise was diagnosed with Chromosome 8, Monosomy 8p, a rare chromosomal disorder that causes developmental delays. Denise, who is now married to Aaron Phypers, opened up about her daughter’s condition during the RHOBH Season 9 reunion special.
“It’s caused many delays with her and it’s caused a lot with speech, development,” she said. “We found out probably two years ago exactly. It was a very difficult thing to diagnose, she went through a lot. It was really hard when I saw what was written on the medical report to get the blood test and all the testing done. It was hard to see it in black and white, to be honest. It’s just hard to see with your kid, you know?”
