It’s been almost a full year since Kyle Richards and Mauricio Umansky separated for reasons that we ultimately learned were “nobody’s f*cking business.”

Kyle and Mau continued living in separate areas of their shared Beverly Hills home while trying to figure out the fate of their marriage. They’ve both said they don’t currently have divorce plans in the works.

However, during the January filming of the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Season 13 reunion, Kyle did reveal that Mau was on the hunt for his own place. Now, a source has revealed that Mauricio recently purchased a luxury condo and moved out of his and Kyle’s mansion.

Mauricio now calls WeHo home

A source revealed to Us Weekly that Mauricio’s been living in his condo – located in a new West Hollywood development – for a few months, though he still “will visit their primary residence often” when Kyle’s out of town.

“Kyle and Mauricio have been living separately for the last few months and he’s been staying [in his condo]. They’ve both been traveling a lot recently, so it’s working out where they don’t stay under one roof,” according to one insider.

And, Mauricio’s new condo boasts at least one celebrity neighbor. A second source spilled that Matt Damon snagged a unit in the same building for $8.6 million.

Even though Mau has a place of his own, one of the sources said that he and Kyle still don’t have immediate plans to officially end their 27-year marriage. Why? Rich people problems.

“They both agreed it’s too messy financially as Kyle has a huge stake in The Agency,” the source added.

With Kyle’s RHOBH Season 14 fate rumored to be up in the air (or not, depending on the source), we might have to rely on Mauricio to again shed more light on the whole situation if there’s a Season 3 of his show, Buying Beverly Hills.
