RHOC alum Kelly Dodd is coming out swining against Braunwyn Windham-Burke and her claim that Sean Burke owes her over $100k in past due child support.
Braunwyn Windham-Burke alleges that her ex-husband, Sean Burke owes $106,000 in past due child and spousal support.
In an April 18 response to Sean’s request to have his support amounts modified, Braunwyn petitioned to have her ex held in civil contempt as he has not been keeping up to his part of their divorce agreement.
“Despite the clear and unambiguous nature of these Orders, Father has willfully failed to pay to Mother the financial support which she is owed,” Braunwyn wrote, according to The U.S. Sun.
The former RHOC star noted that between May 2023 and April 2024 she should have recieved $72,000 in child support and $60,000 in spousal support.
She also stated that Sean was ordered to pay her $10,00 for attorneys fees, making the total amount owed $142,000 of which he’s allegedly paid only $36,000.
“Father is deficient in the amount of $105,738.85 in his court-ordered payments to Mother,” Braunwyn continued before requesting the full amount of the judgment including any interest and attorney’s fees.
Sean and Braunwyn finalized their divorce in November 2023 more than a year after the former RHOC star filed to end their 23-year marriage.
Before finalizing their divorce, Sean filed to have his child support to Braunwyn modified because he had “substantially increased timeshare with the children.”
According to Sean, their four minor children – twins Caden and Curren, Koa and Hazel, spend “66 percent” of their time with him and only “34 percent” with their mother. The exes also share three adult children: Bella, 23, and Rowan, 21, and son Jacob, 18, who have publicly called out their mother for being an “abuser” and a “lying narcissit.”
“Additionally, over the last few months due to Braunwyn’s personal vacations and [what’s] scheduled for November, she has only been in the home 1/3 of the time, instead of 2/3 of the time that child support was based on,” he wrote in request which was denied by the court.
The exes and their children currently reside separately in Franklin, Tennesse.
After this news made it’s way around the internet and social media, former RHOC star Kelly Dodd caught wind of it and couldn’t help by share her two cents on the drama.
Kelly Dodd tweeted:
“He is raising those kids! She cares more about [licking] box than her 8 kids. Her older kids hate her. She’s gross.”
