Real Housewives Of Orange County star, Emily Simpson, showcased her facelift with before and after photos she uploaded onto her main Instagram page earlier Thursday.
The 47-year-old TV personality had explained to her nearly 600K followers that a few years earlier, she had seen herself on television only to come to the realization ‘that I had completely lost my jawline.’
The star, who has been open about her body image struggles on the Bravo series in the past, revealed she got a ‘mini lower face/ neck lift’ and praised her plastic surgeon for the ‘meticulous and top tier’ work.
The star shared two side-by-side snaps as she turned to the side to show the significant difference in her jawline before and post-operation which had taken place ‘two years ago.’
At the beginning of her lengthy caption, Emily expressed that the ‘culprit’ to losing her jawline was possibly, ‘Being middle-aged, gaining 30 pounds and then losing it, menopause …’
‘WHO knows what the exact culprit is,’ she wrote, adding, ‘but a couple years ago I was watching myself on TV, and to my utter surprise I realized that I had completely lost my jawline.’
The reality star then expressed that she chose plastic surgeon, Dr. Siamak Agha, after ‘research’ and ‘three consultations’ to do the ‘mini lower face/ neck lift.’
She then gushed, ‘He did an amazing job because I still look like myself… just like myself before my jawline packed up and left town,’ adding that his work is both ‘meticulous and top tier.’
The mother of three is no stranger to having plastic surgery, and in October 2020, had a breast implant removal along with a tummy tuck, according to Bravo TV.
The following year in April 2021, she had also gotten a ‘fat transfer’ to her breasts because she no longer wanted implants, which had also been done by Dr. Siamak Agha.
‘He also did my breast implant removal, lift and fat transfer for my chest followed up by another surgery recently that I’ll talk more about soon!’
Towards the end of the caption, the Orange County-based attorney sent a motivational message to other women.
‘Also, just a reminder that all women are allowed to choose what they do with their bodies and how they would like to age. From completely natural to surgery … it’s up to each woman,’ she penned, followed by two heart emojis.

Along with being candid about plastic surgery, the beauty has also been open about her weight loss journey. Earlier last year in January, Simpson admitted to Us Weekly, ‘I spent, like, two years working out with a personal trainer just to try to get in really good shape and get my weight down.’
The personality, who recently celebrated her 47th birthday last month, also discussed aging. ‘I think you have to just kind of embrace where you are in life, and our bodies change.’
‘I can tell I’ve changed. My metabolism has changed, and it just kind of is what it is. I’m just bigger than I used to be in my 20s and 30s, and that’s OK,’ she positively added.
