When you think of Real Housewives of New Jersey, the first person you think of is probably Teresa Giudice. She has lived her life on Bravo for the last 15 years, and the world is a better place because of it. However, John Fuda, whose only claim to fame is being married to Rachel Fuda, recently said that Teresa would not have had a storyline in RHONJ Season 14 if it weren’t for him.
John clocked in for Season 14
The bizarre (and likely inaccurate) claim arrived during an appearance on Two Ts in a Pod with Teddi Mellencamp and Tamra Judge. The ladies were dishing bout the RHONJ Season 14 trailer, where John got in a good dig at Teresa and her criminal past. According to John, that moment was just the tip of the iceberg.
During John and Rachel’s interview with the Two Ts, they asked him if he was messier than Joe Gorga in Season 14. John replied saying that he was “being attacked” this season, so he had no option but to defend himself. Dragging Teresa as we saw in the trailer was just an example.
John explained, “I feel like I’m Teresa’s storyline. If it wasn’t for me, what else would she have?”
Meanwhile, Rachel was a little more discreet with her thoughts on Season 14. She admitted that it was a rough ride because of the “undeniable” separation among the cast. On one side, it’s Team Teresa, and on the other side, it’s Melissa Gorga and her crew. After this interview, it’s clear where John and Rachel stand.
Season 14 of Real Housewives of New Jersey premieres Sunday, May 5 at 8/7c on Bravo.
