Katie Rost has checked herself into rehab (again).
“I did really, really well for a long period of time and then had some stressors in my life this past month and things got a little out of control and I started drinking again,” the “Real Housewives of Potomac” alum revealed in a video posted to X, formerly Twitter, Tuesday.
“I also went off my medication, so that caused some problems,” the former reality star added.
Rost explained that she checked herself into a treatment facility “with the help of [her] friends and family” for “alcohol use disorder.”
“I’m doing great, I’m out of withdrawal, and things are looking really good,” she added.
Rost, 43, also took to Instagram Tuesday to share some humorous grievances she has with the rehab’s “rules,” noting that it “isn’t [her] first rodeo.”
“I drank too much for like 4 days, maybe 5 days 😇It wasn’t an actual homicide that was committed!”

As previously reported, Rost first went to rehab in October 2022 to “kick alcohol and Adderall in a medical setting.”
At the time, the mom of three explained that she had been prescribed the ADHD medication since the age of 12.
“There is no shame in admitting you have been prescribed things and those things are now hurting you physically,” Rost wrote in a since-deleted Instagram post.
Following her stint in the treatment program, Rost revealed on social media that she had turned to a minimum-wage job for work.
“Jesus Christ, I started working, like a real job. I just got off of an 8 hour shift working minimum wage,” she wrote on a Feb. 3 Instagram post.
Alongside a selfie of her in her uniform, Rost added, “I feel like a real person instead of a reality tv person; I made $14 an hour,… Keepin it real.”
Rost was a full-time “Housewife” during Season 1 of “RHOP.” She was then a guest in Season 2 and a “friend” in Season 4 before returning as a guest again in Season 7.
In the months prior to her last appearance on the Bravo series, Rost issued an apology and plea to Bravo executive producer Andy Cohen to put her back on the show, following “temper tantrums” the former model had in 2019.
“I do want a job. And I swear I will totally behave,” Rost wrote to Cohen via Instagram in April 2022. “I’m also sorry for my temper tantrums. I feel no thirst. I just want to work.”
