The April 30 episode of Vanderpump Rules saw Scheana Shay breaking down in tears, yet again, over her friendship with Tom Sandoval. It feels like these tears are also driven by some sentimental feelings. And the Good As Gold singer is determined to get back on track with her friend, despite the massive fight they had on the previous episode.
Just one episode prior, Scheana became enraged by Sandoval’s comment that she also was “the other woman.” The Schwartz & Sandy’s co-owner was referring to Scheana’s affair with Eddie Cibrian, who was married at the time.
But despite how angry the two VPR stars were at each other, they managed to make amends. With a little help from Kyle Chan.
The long-time friends agreed to not throw “each other’s past in their faces”
Scheana and Sandoval met at Kyle Chan’s store to discuss his launch party in San Fransisco. Additionally, Scheana opened up about her feelings, and clearly the anger had passed.
“I [will] never forget what a good friend you’ve been to me. You’re the only person who’s had my back since day one. I don’t forget that,” Scheana said.
She added that her friendship with Ariana Madix complicated forgiving the disgraced reality TV star.
“I had to choose a side. And she didn’t do anything wrong,” Scheana said through tears.
Consequently, Sandoval was surprised by how he was excised from the group. He said, “Relationships never end well. When I show up to any event I feel so alienated.”
The long-time friends concluded that they’d like to “be able to move forward where [they’re] not throwing each other’s past in their faces.”
Finally, Scheana told her friend that she doesn’t “hate” him.
“I don’t want anything bad for you. I miss you,” the Good As Gold singer admitted.
Sandoval shared a similar sentiment, and the two hugged it out.
