The Southern Charm cast member freshened up his primary bedroom with some cozy — and stylish — touches.
I just want a bed, a roof, air conditioning, a refrigerator, and I would be fine,” Shep Rose declared in the above tour of his Isle of Palms home. “But it is nice having nice stuff.”
He may be a simple guy, but the Southern Charm-er does have that “nice stuff”, as you can see in the video tour above. More recently, Shep gave his social media followers a peek inside his primary bedroom, showing off some new details that caught our eye.
Shep Rose shows inside his updated bedroom
On April 22, Shep took to his Instagram Stories to share that he had just purchased a new bed from Leesa, taking on a “very comfortable,” memory foam mattress.
As Shep showed off that new bed, we also spotted some updated details of his room, first noticing a darker charcoal gray paint on the walls vs. the lighter gray color he had in the above video.
Shep also seemed to upgrade his window treatments with beautiful white curtains and he swapped his boho-style red area rug to a more muted beige carpet under the bed.
Shep Rose gives a new look inside his kitchen
In addition to his bedroom, Shep also shared a view inside his kitchen back in February.
In those Instagram Stories, Shep put his stunning open-concept kitchen on display, showing off some beautiful gray-and-white-marble countertops and a large island complete with black bar stools.
The kitchen also featured a large sink on the kitchen island, numerous stainless steel appliances, and lantern-like overhead light fixtures above the island.
Shep Rose says he may buy a home out West
Though Shep is comfortable calling his Isle of Palms beachside pad his home, he recently revealed to BravoTV.com that he may be also “looking at houses at West.”
“In Montana, Wyoming. Colorado. I did a tour of out West,” Shep shared. “I ended up having a hell of a lot of fun… seeing some real estate, meeting some cool people. But the interest rates, the mortgage rates, it’s just. Crazy. It’s not the right time. Not now. But I do love out West. I do love Montana, and fishing and hunting and stuff.”
