Katie Maloney appeared on Tuesday night’s episode of Watch What Happens Live, where she labeled Brock Davies as the most “two-faced” of her male Vanderpump Rules castmates.
As she also took aim at his wife, Scheana Shay, 38, and her inconsistent behavior on the show, and confirmed she reached out to Brittany Cartwright, 35, amid her separation from Jax Taylor, 44, Katie, 37, spoke of Brock, 33, Tom Schwartz‘s new girlfriend, Sophia Skoro, 23, and revealed if she considered his odd one-night stand offer.
“I thought Brock and I were good. We were good all summer. But he’s been singing a different tune lately,” Katie stated on the April 30 episode of WWHL, noting that she didn’t care about his reveal of her hookup with Max Boyens.
“I don’t care. I wish I would’ve been able to get ahead of that and say it first. I felt like that was kind of my business to talk about and not his own, but I don’t understand what’s happening right now with a lot of people,” she shared.
While Sophia confirmed last month on Nick Viall‘s podcast that she met Katie before she and Schwartz, 40, began dating, Katie denied any such thing, telling host Andy Cohen, 55, “I have not met her. So I don’t have anything to think of her.”
Although Katie and Sophia may not have met, she and Schwartz have established a friendship with one another post-divorce, which fans have seen in recent episodes.
“I think what you’re seeing is what kept us together for so long that can exist without the romantic aspect of it and trying to hold something together that should’ve never been held together,” she explained. “We had a great friendship … [But] I don’t give him as much access to my life.”
She also doesn’t give him friends-with-benefits rights — even if that means nothing more than eating some snacks in bed.
“That is way more intimate than sleeping together. I would’ve rather just had sex with him,” she admitted of Schwartz’s proposition. “I mean, probably no, not that either. I just think that’s real intimate, laying next to someone and doing nothing.”
As for her thoughts on Schwartz potentially living with Tom Sandoval, 41, at his formerly shared home with Ariana Madix, 38, Katie said, “It’s a terrible idea. Arrested development.”
Years after her split from Schwartz, Katie found herself reaching out to Brittany, despite their current feud, amid her separation.
“I haven’t been very close with Brittany in the last couple of years. I did reach out to her recently because I know what it’s like to be in the shoes she’s in so I would like to be there for her in whatever capacity I can be,” she revealed.
Katie then shaded Scheana for being a better friend to Sandoval than Ariana and reacted to her coaching Sandoval about how he should talk to his ex-girlfriend.
“On the heels of last week’s episode, bizzaro-land. I don’t understand it. Let’s be consistent,” she advised.
Then, during a game, after being asked to choose between Schwartz, Sandoval, Brock, and James Kennedy, 32, Katie labeled Brock as the most “two-faced,” said Schwartz had the “worst style,” and slammed Sandoval for having the “biggest ego.” Meanwhile, James was awarded with the titles of “biggest gossip,” “highest IQ,” and “biggest catch.”
Also on the live broadcast, Katie confirmed she’s watching The Valley, saying, “Oh yeah,” and revealed she knows “pretty much” the entire cast.
“I’ve spent time with them,” she shared.
Later, on the WWHL: After Show, Katie was asked how much someone would have to pay her to get her to visit Jax’s new bar, Jax’s Studio City.
“Listen, me and Jax really don’t get along. I don’t even know if I’m allowed in there,” she admitted. “[And] why don’t we just go to Rocco’s? It’s attached.”
“Jax’s is a bonus room at Rocco’s. It’s not shade, it’s the truth,” she added.
