David and Jenelle are finally at a point where they can\u2019t be civil with one another. The Teen Mom stars are slandering each other left and right. Fans have witnessed their online slanders and are now watching the stars fight it out in court.<\/p>\n

Now, the stars have finally reached the court. They recently had a hearing for Jenelle\u2019s protection order appeal. However, things didn\u2019t go as planned. David arrived late at the hearing. The reason for his late arrival is very weird and surprising.<\/p>\n

Teen Mom: David Arrives Late At The Hearing Due To A Weird Reason<\/h2>\n

Jenelle is scared for herself and her children. Thanks to\u00a0David\u2019s history of violence, the Teen Mom star thinks he might harm her or her kids. So, she filed for a protective order against him in court. The two had to appear for their hearing. Jenelle arrived at the court, but David was late. He had tried to explain the reason behind the delay as well, but it was weird, to say the least.<\/p>\n

Theashleyrealityroundup\u00a0revealed that David had arrived 15 minutes after his hearing time. Not only that, but he arrived without a lawyer! Jenelle was also late, but her lawyer was already at the court and had informed the Judge about the delay. On the other hand, David arrived late, telling the Judge he had accidentally entered the wrong courtroom. However, evidence sugested his truck was in the parking lot at 9:30, which was 15 minutes past his time.<\/p>\n

David came to the court without a lawyer. The star told the angry Judge that he still had no lawyer. He requested a continuance. Sources revealed the star was looking for a very specific lawyer from Teen Mom 2. He wanted Dustin Sullivan. The latter had represented Jenelle many times in the past. However, he may not have been so keen on fighting the law for David.<\/p>\n

At last, Sullivan declined to represent David. So now the star will have to look for a new lawyer. Luckily, the court granted him a continuance. However, fans don\u2019t think the star will find a lawyer easily. They don\u2019t think David has enough money to hire one, as he doesn\u2019t have a stable income source and even\u00a0stole from Jenelle\u00a0in the past.<\/p>\n

David was late to the hearing because the poor Teen Mom star was looking for legal counsel. It turns out David doesn\u2019t have a lawyer. He was 15 minutes late to the hearing because he was looking for one. Luckily, the court gave him a continuance for the same.<\/p>\n

Thesun revealed David was hurling expletives at the photographers while leaving the courthouse. But he should be using the aggression to look for a lawyer instead. The Judge, T.D. Nance usually only allows continuance for one party per time. So, he had asked Jenelle\u2019s lawyer if the party agreed with David\u2019s continuance request.<\/p>\n

While Jenelle was standing outside the courtroom in her court-best, her lawyer agreed to David\u2019s demand. Jenelle wore a pink shirt and suede court shoes and had curled her hair.
