According to ET\u2019s Sander, Cohen said that \u201cThe Real Housewives of New Jersey\u201d was \u201cnot sustainable\u201d with Teresa Giudice and Melissa Gorga at odds.<\/p>\n<p>Cohen addressed the comments on the April 11 episode of\u00a0SiriusXM\u2019s Andy Cohen Live.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWhat I want to clarify is that I maintain that statement. It isn\u2019t a sustainable universe to have kind of two camps on the show and I think you see that with Potomac this season and why a lot of viewers, including me, were frustrated with it, but I will say this. The women each have their respective friend group on the show and don\u2019t interact at all \u2014 barely even sharing glances at one another.<\/p>\n<p>On his radio show, Cohen said that while it may not work in the future, season 14 ended up playing out just fine.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe got through the season and it worked and it\u2019s interesting and as I think you see from the trailer, the season is not about Melissa versus Teresa and I think that\u2019s great, yet they\u2019re both still on the show and we want to see them on the show,\u201d he explained.<\/p>\n<p>Regardless, Cohen is excited for fans to see the new season.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThey\u2019re both, you know, they\u2019re both stars and they\u2019ve been on the show, you know, forever, so it worked this season, but I stand by what I\u2019m saying that for the future, it\u2019s not sustainable. Once the Gorgas decided to skip out on Giudice\u2019s wedding to Louis Ruelas, there didn\u2019t seem to be any looking back.<\/p>\n<p>On the January 25\u00a0episode of her \u201cOn Display\u201d podcast, Gorga talked about the season ahead.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt\u2019s definitely a rollercoaster, up and down. And we\u2019re about to air again in the spring, sometime this spring. And it\u2019s very, very different,\u201d she told her podcast guest, Denise Richards.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe don\u2019t even speak to each other. It\u2019s a very, very different season,\u201d she added. Despite having no communication with her sister-in-law, Gorga thinks that things are more peaceful.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI think it took us awhile to get to that point, to realize that this might be what it is and we need to accept it.
