6<\/p>\n<\/div> 6<\/p>\n<\/div> Ryan filed a new complaint for\u00a0divorce\u00a0on March 6, 2024, citing “irreconcilable differences.”<\/p>\n Court\u00a0documents obtained exclusively by The U.S. Sun reveal Ryan is seeking split custody of their children\u00a0Jagger, 5, and Stella, 4.<\/p>\n Mackenzie shares her son\u00a0Hudson, 10, with her ex-husband\u00a0Zachary Stephens, and Ryan shares a son,\u00a0Bentley, 15, with his\u00a0ex-wife\u00a0Maci Bookout.<\/p>\n Ryan’s also seeking that he be “designated the primary residential parent” and “that child support be assigned from [Mackenzie’s] income.”<\/p>\n The court documents request Ryan and Mackenzie are mutually not allowed to relocate\u00a0their children out of state or 50 miles from their marital home without the permission of the other party or the court.<\/p>\n In addition to communicating about the custody of the children, the court documents declare the estranged exes still have to share and communicate about finances and insurance plans until the divorce is complete.<\/p>\n While the divorce is happening, they cannot “dissipate or dispose of” property.<\/p>\n Both parties cannot “hide, destroy or spoil, in whole or in part, any evidence electronically stored or on computer hard drives or other memory storage devices.”<\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n<\/div>\n Lastly, the court documents declare Ryan “affirmatively states that he has never been convicted of a felony.”<\/p>\n Mackenzie has not responded to the divorce filing.<\/p>\n On April 20, 2023, Ryan was sentenced to\u00a011 months and 29 days\u00a0in\u00a0prison\u00a0on four charges: one for DUI, one for harassment, and two for possession of controlled substances.<\/p>\n Teen Mom star Mackenzie Edwards shares rare videos of kids Jagger, 5, and Stella, 4, after ex Ryan files for custody<\/p>\n<\/div>\n On December 23, 2023, Judge Gary Starnes ordered his\u00a0early release from prison\u00a0– a little under one month before his original release date of January 17, 2024.<\/p>\n In Mackenzie’s original divorce petition which has since been dismissed, she claimed Ryan was \u201cguilty of inappropriate marital conduct\u201d and \u201cirreconcilable differences\u201d exist between them.<\/p>\n The former\u00a0Teen Mom OG\u00a0star also noted Ryan\u2019s reported history of substance abuse.<\/p>\n The U.S. Sun previously reported Ryan and Mackenzie tried to resolve their initial\u00a0divorce case in mediation\u00a0on February 21, 2024.<\/p>\n Court documents revealed they were “unable to settle the case.”<\/p>\n Ryan had no lawyer and was representing himself in the divorce.<\/p>\n 6<\/p>\n<\/div> When the case was dismissed, court documents revealed, “There was never a Final Decree on this case.”<\/p>\n “It sat for over 270 days with nothing filed, so it was dismissed on Procedural Steps,” the document declared.<\/p>\n A hearing took place on April 8, 2024, in Tennessee’s Hamilton County Court regarding\u00a0Mackenzie’s order of protection\u00a0she filed against Ryan in March.<\/p>\n Mackenzie’s Petition for Order of Protection was “dismissed with prejudice and replaced with a mutual restraining Order.”<\/p>\n “Each Party is restrained from coming about or contacting other,” the Hamilton County Court document declared.<\/p>\n “Counsel for the Parties shall cooperate to establish a time and procedure for [Ryan’s] personalty from the marital residence,” the documents added.<\/p>\n The mutual restraining order also mandates Mackenzie and Ryan not contact each other’s employer or “significant other (boyfriend\/girlfriend).”<\/p>\n Ryan is currently dating\u00a0Amanda Conner, 33, who The U.S. Sun previously reported he met in rehab.<\/p>\n Lastly, Mackenzie is only allowed to communicate with Ryan’s family “regarding visitation with the children.”<\/p>\n Teen Mom Fanz\u00a0first reported on Mackenzie’s order of protection request.<\/p>\n Mackenzie filed an order of protection and order\u00a0for hearing on March 28, 2023, which has been exclusively obtained by The U.S. Sun.<\/p>\n The order asked Ryan to have no contact and stay away from her.<\/p>\n She requested she be granted temporary custody of her children and for Ryan to pay child\u00a0and spousal support –\u00a0plus all of the court fees.<\/p>\n Additionally, she requested the court mandate Ryan give up possession of two guns.<\/p>\n Mackenzie sought for Ryan to join a counseling and substance abuse program.<\/p>\n 6<\/p>\n<\/div> 6<\/p>\n<\/div> 6<\/p>\n<\/div> TEEN Mom star Ryan Edwards has demanded joint custody and child support in his divorce from Mackenzie, The U.S. Sun can exclusively reveal.
