Andy Cohen<\/strong>\u00a0is doubling down on his claim that\u00a0The Real Housewives of New Jersey<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0is \u201cnot sustainable\u201d amid\u00a0Teresa Giudice<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0Melissa Gorga<\/strong>\u2018s ongoing estrangement and reacting to\u00a0Jax Taylor<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0Brittany Cartwright<\/strong>\u2018s separation.<\/span><\/p>\n

On a couple of recent episodes of his Radio Andy talk show, the\u00a0Watch What Happens Live<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0host, 55, responded to rumors of a potential cast shakeup, insisted that the\u00a0upcoming 14th season\u00a0of\u00a0RHONJ<\/em>\u00a0\u201cworked\u201d and was \u201cinteresting,\u201d and revealed if he thinks Jax, 44, and Brittany, 35, will get\u00a0back together.<\/p>\n

\u201c[I] want to clear something up or want to add to a comment that I made that has made some news this week,\u201d Andy began on the April 11 episode of SiriusXM\u2019s\u00a0Andy Cohen Live<\/em>. \u201cI don\u2019t know when I said it, but apparently, I said it to Brice from Entertainment Tonight, and I don\u2019t know when. I haven\u2019t seen him since\u00a0BravoCon<\/strong>, I don\u2019t think.\u201d<\/p>\n

After noting that he \u201capparently\u201d said that having Teresa, 51, and Melissa, 45, on a show together when\u00a0they aren\u2019t speaking\u00a0was \u201cnot sustainable,\u201d Andy confirmed he \u201c[maintains] that statement.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cIt isn\u2019t a sustainable universe to have kind of two camps on the show and I think you see that with [The Real Housewives of Potomac<\/em><\/strong>] this season and why a lot of viewers, including me, were frustrated with it, but I will say this: It somehow worked this season,\u201d Andy continued. \u201cWe got through the season and it worked and it\u2019s interesting and as I think you see from the trailer, the season is not about\u00a0Melissa versus Teresa\u00a0and I think that\u2019s great.\u201d<\/p>\n

According to Andy, he believes fans want to see Teresa and Melissa continue on the show, despite his questions about the new seasons.<\/p>\n

\u201cThey\u2019re both, you know, they\u2019re both stars and they\u2019ve been on the show, you know, forever, so it worked this season, but I stand by what I\u2019m saying that for the future, it\u2019s not sustainable,\u201d Andy added. \u201c[But] I don\u2019t want you to think that what I said was a condemnation on this season.\u201d<\/p>\n

On another episode of\u00a0Andy Cohen Live<\/em>, Andy reacted to Brittany\u2019s\u00a0WWHL<\/em>\u00a0appearance\u00a0earlier this month.<\/p>\n

\u201cI thought Brittany was very open. I appreciated her honesty,\u201d Andy began.<\/p>\n

Then, after noting that 88% of his\u00a0WWHL<\/em>\u00a0audience said she shouldn\u2019t\u00a0reconcile with Jax, Andy stated that Brittany \u201cknew where those votes were going.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cWill they get back together? I don\u2019t know. I think they might,\u201d he continued.<\/p>\n

As for how they could continue on with their roles on\u00a0The Valley<\/strong><\/em>, Andy made it clear that a divorce wouldn\u2019t result in them being axed.<\/p>\n

\u201cThey could be separated on that show. They could be divorced. Look at [Tom Sandoval<\/strong>] and [Ariana Madix<\/strong>]. [The show\u2019s] about couples getting along, co-parenting, [and] friend [groups],\u201d he stated, adding, \u201cThey could also exist as a divorced couple on that show.
