Eva Marcille\u2019s slimmed-down appearance has left fans worried about her well-being.<\/p>\n

The \u201cReal Housewives of Atlanta\u201d alum\u00a0took to Instagram\u00a0Wednesday to share a three-slide carousel of herself modeling a chic outfit.<\/p>\n

Sitting atop a counter and striking various poses, Marcille, 38, paired a slinky black bow top with black-and-white-striped slacks, open-toe heels and a black clutch.<\/p>\n

She sported little-to-no-makeup and styled her caramel tresses in a messy top knot, going on to caption the post with two angel wing emojis.<\/p>\n

Social media users immediately began\u00a0expressing concern over Marcille\u2019s \u201cemaciated\u201d look, with many wondering whether \u201csomething is wrong\u201d and a few arguing that she \u201cneeds about 10 more pounds on her.\u201d<\/p>\n

But several people defended the mother of three, who\u00a0filed for divorce\u00a0from her husband, Michael \u201cMike\u201d Sterling, in March after less than five years of marriage.<\/p>\n

Showing love is easier than spewing negativity \ud83d\ude4f\ud83c\udffd\u2764\ufe0f.\u201d<\/p>\n

Given that the \u201cBlack Panther\u201d star\u00a0died in August 2020\u00a0following noticeable weight loss amid a secret battle with colon cancer, a few skeptics asked, \u201cOk so is she saying she has cancer? I\u2019m confused\u2026..\u201d<\/p>\n

But Marcille did not outwardly address questions surrounding her health. Instead, she\u00a0shared a cryptic quote\u00a0that read, \u201cMy mom once said, \u2018Everyone in your life will have a last day with you and you don\u2019t even know when it will be.\u2019 Literally felt that.\u201d<\/p>\n

Someone then commented beneath the sentiment, \u201cWhy you turn off the comments on your last post?? That pic is nice!\u201d to which the \u201cAll the Queen\u2019s Men\u201d star responded, \u201ctoo many people to block when everyone is saying horrible things about you. The whole \u2018mind your business\u2019 and \u2018leave people alone\u2019 statements are more cringe than the rude ones because if celebrities wouldn\u2019t POST their business there wouldn\u2019t be comments at all.<\/p>\n
