This he-said to the media, she-filed her response, in turn, war is seemingly never-ending. To recount this mess, Simon first alleged that Porsha brought an armed man into their home. In response, Porsha explained that it was just\u00a0her security detail.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.realitytea.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/6\/2024\/04\/GettyImages-1469735775.jpg?w=1024\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Then, Simon filed for all of\u00a0Porsha\u2019s communications made\u00a0with her\u00a0Real Housewives of Atlanta\u00a0producers. And now, he\u2019s also fighting Porsha\u2019s recent request, which asks the courts to grant her exclusive access to their marital home. You see, right after she filed for divorce, Porsha alleged that Simon changed the locks. In this, they agreed that if they divorced, Simon would have to leave their home within 30 days. However, Simon\u2019s using the \u201cgood faith\u201d tactic, alleging that Porsha never intended to stay married. Therefore, he wants the courts to consider the \u201cvalidity\u201d and \u201cinterpretation\u201d of their prenup.<\/p>\n<div class=\"pb-in-article-content test-1\">\n<div id=\"\" class=\"gpt-ad-wrapper pb_prebidjs_300x250_p_1712589952_66140c80d8695__wrapper\">\n<div id=\"pb_prebidjs_300x250_p_1712589952_66140c80d8695\" class=\"gpt-ad js-inview\" data-id=\"pb_prebidjs_300x250_p_1712589952_66140c80d8695\" data-offset=\"300\" data-google-query-id=\"COnA0t72soUDFe9SwgUdiO0OuQ\">\n<p>Coming in with this latest find,\u00a0RadarOnline\u00a0snagged up Simon\u2019s latest filing, in which he denies ever \u201cremoving\u201d Porsha from their home. In fact, he\u2019s now pointing out that he purchased this home using his own money, well before his marriage to the\u00a0RHOA\u00a0star ever took place. He\u2019s also revealing that Porsha has a cool $1.8 million house nearby, that she can, and should move back into.<\/p>\n<p>In contrast, this \u201cis the only home he has in the United States,\u201d and he\u2019s been \u201cthe sole payer of the purchase and expenses\u201d since 2021. Simon also informed the courts that he\u2019s still living in this house with his five children. He\u2019s also made note that Porsha has \u201csince moved back into the Marital Residence,\u201d after she went and filed for an emergency hearing on this matter.<\/p>\n<p>In his closing, Simon further added that Porsha and her daughter \u201cwere never displaced\u201d at any point.
