(Photo by Justin Setterfield\/Getty Images)\" \/><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"intersectionObserverRefElement\">\n<p class=\"\">Tyson posted a video of himself running at full speed, writing on X &#8220;I&#8217;m coming for you&#8221; to Jake Paul.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"intersectionObserverRefElement\">\n<div class=\"atom twitterEmbed\">\n<div class=\"twitterEmbed__container\">\n<p>The Tyson-Paul bout is just over two months away, though it remains unclear what the rules of the fight are going to be.<\/p>\n<p>Paul has said it will be officially sanctioned by the state of Texas. Bryce Holden, who is promoting the fight, told USA Today&#8217;s Josh Peter last week he has not submitted any requests to the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulations about sanctioning the bout.<\/p>\n<p>Peter noted the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulations oversees &#8220;oversees combat sports in the state and determines whether a fight will be a pro bout, an exhibition or approved at all.&#8221;<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">I\u2019m coming for you <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/hashtag\/PaulTyson?src=hash&amp;ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">#PaulTyson<\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/la9vrHvq3L\">pic.twitter.com\/la9vrHvq3L<\/a><\/p>\n<p>&mdash; Mike Tyson (@MikeTyson) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/MikeTyson\/status\/1780135817119514676?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">April 16, 2024<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><script async src=\"https:\/\/platform.twitter.com\/widgets.js\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script><\/p>\n<p>The TDLR told Peter an exhibition in Texas requires two-minute rounds and 16-ounce gloves instead of the traditional 10-ounce gloves used in professional boxing matches. The organization did note &#8220;each bout is subject to review&#8221; and rules aren&#8217;t all fixed.<\/p>\n<p>Tyson&#8217;s most recent fight was an eight-round exhibition against Roy Jones Jr. on Nov. 28, 2020. The bout ended in a split draw.<\/p>\n<p>Iron Mike&#8217;s last professional bout was against Kevin McBride in June 2005. He hasn&#8217;t won a fight since knocking out Clifford Etienne in the first round in February 2003.<\/p>\n<p>Paul has a 9-1 record in 10 professional fights.
