Lala Kent\u00a0admitted to being \u201cconcerned\u201d\u00a0going into filming\u00a0on\u00a0Vanderpump Rules\u00a0season 11 on a recent episode of her podcast, saying that because\u00a0Ariana Madix\u00a0had never really brought anything to the show, she worried about the aftermath of \u201cScandoval\u201d being front and center.<\/p>\n

After comedian\u00a0Heather McDonald, 53, pointed out that Ariana\u2019s only storylines ahead of\u00a0Tom Sandoval, 41, and\u00a0Rachel \u201cRaquel\u201d Leviss\u2018\u00a0affair\u00a0were her sketch comedy pursuits and\u00a0bisexuality, Lala, 33, said she feared the season wouldn\u2019t be a success as she also shaded Ariana, 38, for failing to move past\u00a0Sandoval\u2019s cheating.<\/p>\n

\u201cI agree with you and I think that\u2019s another reason I was very nervous going into this season \u2014 knowing that our main story \u2014 this year, it was the aftermath of Tom and Ariana,\u201d Lala shared on the April 3 episode of\u00a0Give Them Lala, via\u00a0Bye Wig Hello Drama\u00a0on\u00a0Instagram. \u201cI\u2019m sitting here going, \u2018Our main storyline is lying in the hands of someone who has really never brought anything to this show and I\u2019m f*cking concerned.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n

When Heather then noted that if Lala had shared what she really went through with her\u00a0former fiance,\u00a0Randall Emmett, 53, fans would likely think differently about her, Lala seemingly suggested that producers nearly welcomed her ex back to the show to expose what had happened.<\/p>\n

\u201cThat\u2019s why, when I had the phone call, where there was maybe a time that they were gonna get him back, I said, \u2018We can go one of two ways,\u2019\u201d she recalled.<\/p>\n

During another segment of the show, also shared by\u00a0Bye Wig Hello Drama\u00a0on\u00a0Instagram, Lala looked back on how Ariana supported her after the\u00a0death of her dad\u00a0as she explained the reaction she\u2019s had to\u00a0Ariana\u2019s handling\u00a0of \u201cScandoval.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cI remember being really appreciative of when my dad died and I was acting out and she had sat me down and said, like, \u2018When my dad died, this is what happened and how the group treated me,\u2019 and it was almost like she\u2019s showing me a window into what this looks like with this group,\u201d Lala noted. \u201cAnd so when I bring things up that I\u2019ve experienced, I\u2019m hoping that I can show her a window.\u201d<\/p>\n

According to Lala, she believes there are \u201cnuances\u201d to every situation. And when it comes to Ariana giving her advice based on her own experiences, she may have had a different relationship with her father.<\/p>\n

\u201cShe may not have been as close with her dad as I was with my dad,\u201d Lala suspected.<\/p>\n

Lala then addressed Ariana\u2019s\u00a0dog drama with Sandoval, which erupted on last week\u2019s\u00a0Pump Rules\u00a0as Mya was hospitalized after being locked in Ariana\u2019s room \u2014\u00a0reportedly by Sandoval\u00a0\u2014 and eating her leftovers.<\/p>\n

\u201cShe doesn\u2019t want to talk to him and have a productive conversation. The only thing I can relate to that is her dog is her baby. Ocean is my baby. There\u2019s times where, in my situation, I said, \u2018I\u2019m never talking to this human again,\u2019 and then something happens where we have to have a productive conversation where I have to let every single thing go for the well-being of my daughter,\u201d Lala reasoned.<\/p>\n

\u201cIn this situation, the dog almost died. You have to now, while you\u2019re in the house, put everything he\u2019s done to you aside,\u201d she added.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
