We’re throwing it back to the moment we met the\u00a0RHONJ<\/em>\u00a0cast member and her family for the very first time.<\/p>\n

Teresa Giudice\u00a0has been letting Bravo fans into her life since Season 1 of\u00a0The Real Housewives of New Jersey<\/em>. And, what’s been evident from the moment she stepped out on the scene is that Tre is going to keep it\u00a0100<\/em> no matter what is happening in her world.<\/p>\n

Ahead of Season 14 of\u00a0RHONJ\u00a0<\/em>premiering this May, we’re taking a look back at the moment we officially met Teresa. Try not to get too nostalgic, OK?<\/p>\n

Take a look back at Teresa Giudice in Season 1 of\u00a0RHONJ<\/em><\/h2>\n

When fans were first introduced to Teresa back in Season 1 of\u00a0RHONJ<\/em>, which premiered in 2009, her life looked completely different than it does today.\u00a0Teresa’s Season 1 tagline was “People make fun of Jersey girls, but I think they’re just jealous,” and she was certainly living her dream.<\/p>\n

She was still married to\u00a0Joe Giudice\u00a0and the former couple hadn’t yet welcomed their youngest daughter,\u00a0Audriana, yet (Teresa would give birth to Audriana in Season 2).\u00a0“I’m not fake,” she declared in the\u00a0RHONJ<\/em>\u00a0Season 1 intro video. “I don’t try to be someone I’m not.”<\/p>\n

As you can see in the throwback Season 1 video of Teresa above, she was doing it all her way in the Garden State raising\u00a0Gia,\u00a0Milania, and\u00a0Gabriella, shopping, and\u00a0building her “dream house”\u00a0that fans would get to know over the course of many seasons. (Teresa would\u00a0put the house on the market over a decade later in 2020\u00a0following\u00a0the end of her marriage to Joe in 2019.)<\/p>\n

When Teresa appeared alongside\u00a0Andy Cohen\u00a0on his\u00a0his E! limited series,\u00a0For Real: The Story of Reality TV<\/em>, the pair took a trip down memory lane and watched back\u00a0Teresa’s 2008\u00a0RHONJ<\/em>\u00a0casting tape\u00a0in which proclaims, “I always get what I want, which I love. Always, always, always, always.”<\/p>\n

Joe Giudice\u00a0also makes an appearance in the casting tape, sharing about his then wife, “I can’t complain. She cooks. She spends a lot of money, but besides that she’s alright.”<\/p>\n
