It\u2019s both the best and worst\u00a0of\u00a0times for\u00a0Real Housewives of Orange County\u00a0star\u00a0Jennifer Pedranti.\u00a0She\u2019s engaged\u00a0to her boyfriend,\u00a0Ryan Boyajian, and seems to have\u00a0quite\u00a0a\u00a0bit\u00a0going on.\u00a0However, her divorce from her estranged husband,\u00a0William Pedranti, might hold things up.\u00a0Now,\u00a0it\u2019s\u00a0being reported\u00a0that she recently demanded sanctions against him for not turning over requested documents.<\/p>\n

William filed for divorce from Jennifer in March 2023, but\u00a0<\/span>they had\u00a0<\/span>been separated<\/span>\u00a0since January\u00a0<\/span>2021.<\/span>\u00a0The two have been married since 2002 and have young kids. Their ages range from eight to 15.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

More recently,\u00a0Radar Online\u00a0obtained court documents\u00a0that show\u00a0Jennifer demanded sanctions\u00a0in the amount of\u00a0$1,900 for him not handing over financial documents that she and her legal team\u00a0feel they need to get an understanding of\u00a0his\u00a0financial situation.\u00a0Notably, she\u2019s requesting child and spousal support and believes he is omitting income from two businesses.<\/p>\n

Apparently,<\/span>\u00a0he previously reported earning a salary of $29,000 per month and an additional $10,000 from the previously mentioned two businesses. He had until February 8 to turn over the documents but requested an extension of \u201cseveral months.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

Unfortunately for Jennifer, there was a hearing on April 12, and the judge refused to award her the sanctions because of the large volume of documents she\u00a0<\/span>was requesting<\/span>. Still, William does have to produce the requested documents by sometime next month.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

While William wanted joint legal and physical custody of the kids, Jennifer is demanding sole custody and wants him to have only visitation and joint legal custody.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Regarding her\u00a0<\/span>request for support<\/span>, her attorney says, \u201c[Jennifer] requires assistance to cover essential living expenses for herself and her children, such as rent, food, and educational costs.\u00a0<\/span>While the Petitioner currently covers healthcare expenses, additional support is needed to meet the financial requirements for the children\u2019s activities<\/span>, as well as<\/span>\u00a0their food and clothing expenses.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n
