The Real Housewives of Potomac\u00a0Season 8 featured some unexpected drama involving a\u00a0Real Housewives of Atlanta\u00a0star.\u00a0Candiace Dillard Bassett\u00a0addressed the odd schism with\u00a0Drew Sidora\u00a0at the reunion.<\/p>\n

Viewers may recall in Season 8, Episode 2 when Candiace met with her manager to discuss upcoming tour dates. For an upcoming show in Chicago, Nye threw out Drew as a potential \u201cspecial guest,\u201d given her status as a Chicago native.<\/p>\n

\u201cI don\u2019t feel like I need to do anything more musically with [Drew],\u201d Candiace responded. \u201cI sold out Chicago. I\u2019m just saying, I don\u2019t need Drew or anyone of note to bring butts to the seats. Sorry, I\u2019m tired.\u201d Woof. So, what was the deal with that?<\/p>\n

As per\u00a0Bravo, at the\u00a0RHOP\u00a0Season 8 reunion,\u00a0Andy Cohen\u00a0asked Candiace what went down between her and Drew. \u201cI do business a certain way,\u201d Candiace said, \u201cand when I want to do business with someone that a friend knows, I go to the friend first. And that wasn\u2019t done. So, it just kind of left a weird taste in my mouth.\u201d<\/p>\n

Andy responded by channeling\u00a0Taylor Swift, saying, \u201cIt\u2019s what Bad Blood is about.\u201d A surprised Candiace asked, \u201cIs that what it\u2019s about?\u201d Fans might recall that Candiace and Drew collaborated back in 2023 with the release of \u201cAffirmations Pt. II.\u201d The track remixed Candiace\u2019s original version of \u201cAffirmations.\u201d<\/p>\n

On March 25, we reported that\u00a0Candiace would be leaving\u00a0Real Housewives of Potomac after six seasons.
