Candiace Dillard-Bassett\u00a0looked back on\u00a0Porsha Williams\u2018 wedding while appearing on Sunday night\u2019s episode of\u00a0Watch What Happens Live.<\/p>\n
Just over a week after\u00a0attending the event,\u00a0the\u00a0Real Housewives of Potomac\u00a0cast member revealed the one thing she \u201chated,\u201d shared mom\u00a0Dorothy Dillard\u2018s reaction to\u00a0the allegations\u00a0against husband\u00a0Chris Bassett, shaded\u00a0Robyn Dixon\u00a0for using her for \u201ca moment,\u201d and more.<\/p>\n
\u201cIt was stunning. It was a no phone policy but it made you talk to people,\u201d Candiace shared of the\u00a0Real Housewives of Atlanta\u00a0alum\u2019s nuptials with\u00a0Simon Guobadia. \u201c[But] we couldn\u2019t take any pictures, which was the one thing that I hated but the food was good. The cake was like 17,000 feet high. [And] she changed 50 times.\u201d<\/p>\n
As for whether she and her former\u00a0RHOP\u00a0nemesis\u00a0Monique Samuels\u00a0crossed paths, Candiace confirmed they did not before seemingly poking fun at the\u00a0death of Monique\u2019s bird, T\u2019Challa.<\/p>\n
\u201cI did not see the pet cemetery. No I did not,\u201d Candiace stated. \u201cShe wasn\u2019t there I don\u2019t think.\u00a0There were two weddings. I was at the American wedding. She was at the Nigerian wedding. [Porsha] was like, \u2018I want you to come but I don\u2019t want you to feel uncomfortable. I can make sure you guys are separated.\u2019 She was really nice about it.\u201d<\/p>\n
Candiace was then asked about how her mom reacted to the\u00a0many allegations\u00a0of inappropriate behavior her husband, Chris, faced during season seven.<\/p>\n
\u201cMy mom texts me every day like, \u2018These heifers need something to do,\u2019\u201d Candiace revealed. \u201cIt\u2019s every day it\u2019s a new\u2026 My mom is obsessed with reading everything so she sees everything and she needs to call me or text me to comment. She\u2019s really upset.\u201d<\/p>\n
Moving on to the\u00a0latest episode of\u00a0RHOP, Candiace labeled Robyn as \u201cthe speaker\u201d and \u201cthe flop\u201d before explaining why Robyn\u2019s statements about her IG Live session, in which she trash-talked certain members of the show, were so upsetting, especially if she said what Robyn claimed.<\/p>\n
\u201cIt felt like an ambush. It felt like my friend was trying to shame me in front of the group and if she really had a problem with it she could\u2019ve just asked me about but she wanted to be a moment and I didn\u2019t appreciate my friend trying to have a moment with me,\u201d she revealed, confirming that she and Robyn are no longer good.<\/p>\n
\u201cThat was like the one friend that I really, I thought Robyn was the most loyal,\u201d she admitted, acknowledging that Robyn did show loyalty to her when she\u00a0defended her against Gizelle\u2019s comments about Chris.<\/p>\n
\u201cI don\u2019t regret it,\u201d Candiace continued of her IG Live. \u201cYou know I\u2019m not talking about you. And then I will say too, I also if you go further down the Instagram Live, I commented and praised Robyn, her businesses, her skincare line, embellished hats I wear all the time. So I was not talking about Robyn and if she had listened to it in context she would know that\u2026 She needed the moment.\u201d<\/p>\n
Looking back at\u00a0Wendy Osefo\u2018s apology to\u00a0Mia Thornton, which came after their\u00a0drink-tossing encounter\u00a0in Miami, Candiace said she felt it was genuine.<\/p>\n
\u201cI do and I was disappointed that Mia couldn\u2019t reciprocate. It was very immature and childish,\u201d she stated.<\/p>\n
Candiace was also disappointed in the way in which\u00a0Ashley Darby\u00a0went to\u00a0Karen Huger\u00a0with what she said about\u00a0Karen sneaking around.<\/p>\n
\u201cShe revealed it out of context. I didn\u2019t remember. I literally did not remember saying it and I think it was because the way she presented it to Karen is not how I said it,\u201d Candiace shared.<\/p>\n
And when it comes to her\u00a0up-and-down dynamic\u00a0with Ashley, Candiace continued, \u201cWe have so much fun together. Outside of the show, I would maybe go on record as saying maybe we would be friends \u2014 outside of the show.\u201d<\/p>\n
Later, on the\u00a0WWHL: After Show, Candiace was asked for her thoughts on\u00a0Peter Thomas\u00a0claiming Wendy ghosted him amid their\u00a0potential restaurant deal, and she was asked why she believes Mia feel it was\u00a0her place to bring it up.<\/p>\n
\u201cMia is a lost soul. I\u2019ll start there,\u201d she declared.<\/p>\n
She then added, \u201cI don\u2019t understand the Peter Wendy stuff. Wendy says that he approached her. Peter says that she approached him. It\u2019s weird so I don\u2019t wanna get involved.
