Kenya\u2019s estranged husband, Marc Daly, tanked his image in his dealings with Brooklyn, the couple\u2019s daughter. Marc claimed Kenya\u2019s life in front of the cameras would be an unfit environment for Brooklyn. The judge to whom Marc brought his complaint didn\u2019t see it that way.<\/p>\n
Sometime later, Kenya and fans slammed Marc with claims of hypocrisy for allegedly trying to get Brooklyn on his reality show. Now, the divorce is almost finalized, but Marc still has some hangups about custody and finances, and he wasn\u2019t shy about spilling some details.<\/p>\n

On December 11, RadarOnline reported on Marc\u2019s proposition for child support and a custody deal. Court documents revealed that Marc filed a \u201cproposed permanent parenting plan\u201d and \u201cproposed child support addendum.\u201d However, despite the filing, Marc was reportedly still on board with Kenya maintaining primary custody of Brooklyn.<\/p>\n
The filing read, \u201cEach party will be responsible for his\/her own costs and expenses associated with their parenting time including, but not limited to, travel expenses, except in the event Father elects to exercise his parenting time in his State of residence, in which case Father shall be responsible for the costs of the child\u2019s flight(s).\u201d<\/p>\n
As part of the financial discussion, Marc claimed his total monthly income was $5,000, while Kenya\u2019s was upwards of $50,000, all of this before taxes. Marc\u2019s proposal also stipulated that \u201cTexting and calls shall not unreasonably interfere with the other parent\u2019s parenting time.\u201d<\/p>\n
