Melissa Gorga admits that filming RHONJ separately from enemy Teresa Giudice\u00a0\u201cisn\u2019t sustainable\u201d<\/em>\u00a0for future seasons of the franchise.<\/h2>\n

Andy Cohen\u00a0recently made it known that the current state of\u00a0the\u00a0Real Housewives of New Jersey<\/em>\u00a0franchise\u00a0\u201cisn\u2019t sustainable\u201d\u00a0<\/strong><\/em>with the series having\u00a0\u201ctwo camps\u201d<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0aka \u201cTeam Teresa\u201d and \u201cTeam Melissa.\u201d<\/p>\n

On\u00a0Sirius XM\u2019s Andy Cohen Live<\/em>, Andy Cohen doubled down on his statement that\u00a0RHONJ\u00a0isn\u2019t sustainable with\u00a0Teresa Giudice\u00a0and\u00a0Melissa Gorga\u00a0not on speaking terms.<\/p>\n

\u201cWant to clear something up or want to add to a comment that I made that has made some news this week and I don\u2019t know when I said it, but apparently, I said it to Brice from Entertainment Tonight, and I don\u2019t know when. I haven\u2019t seen him since BravoCon, I don\u2019t think. Apparently, I told him and it got picked up all over the place that Jersey, the idea of having both Melissa and Teresa on the show, that it\u2019s not sustainable because they\u2019re not speaking and there are kind of two camps on the show. What I want to clarify is that I maint<\/em>ain that statement.\u201d<\/strong><\/h5>\n<\/blockquote>\n

\u201cIt isn\u2019t a sustainable universe to have kind of two camps on the show and I think you see that with Potomac this season and why a lot of viewers, including me, were frustrated with it, but I will say this. It somehow worked this season. We got through the season and it worked and it\u2019s interesting and as I think you see from the trailer, the season is not about Melissa versus Teresa and I think that\u2019s great, yet they\u2019re both still on the show and we want to see them on the show.\u201d<\/strong><\/em><\/h4>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Andy concluded by saying that while Teresa and Melissa\u2019s lack of communication worked this season \u2013 it won\u2019t work in the future:<\/p>\n

\u201cThey\u2019re both, you know, they\u2019re both stars and they\u2019ve been on the show, you know, forever, so it worked this season, but I stand by what I\u2019m saying that for the future, it\u2019s not sustainable. I don\u2019t want you to think that what I said was a condemnation on this season.\u201d<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

As RHONJ fans know, the series is currently split into two camps. One camp consists of Teresa,\u00a0Jennifer Aydin, and\u00a0Jackie Goldschneider.<\/p>\n

The other team is made up of Melissa,\u00a0Rachel Fuda,\u00a0Danielle Cabral, and\u00a0Margaret Josephs.<\/p>\n

Dolores Catania\u00a0and\u00a0Jennifer Fessler have remained neutral amid the divide in the cast.<\/p>\n

After Andy\u2019s comments made waves in the Bravoverse, Melissa Gorga chatted with\u00a0The U.S. Sun<\/em>\u00a0about his declaration and it turns out the longtime RHONJ star couldn\u2019t help but agree.<\/p>\n

\u201cI one thousand percent agree with him on that,<\/em><\/strong>\u201d she revealed.<\/p>\n

While she couldn\u2019t go into detail, Melissa teased that a\u00a0\u201chuge twist\u201d<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0comes out during season 14.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m excited. I think it\u2019s a good refreshing season,\u201d<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0she shared.\u00a0\u201cI know everybody\u2019s seeing the change in dynamics and friendships, and it\u2019s actually going to be quite shocking.\u201d<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

\u201cI think people are so used to Jersey being about family,\u201d<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0the 45-year-old continued.\u00a0\u201cIt\u2019s a huge twist this year \u2013 plot twist!\u201d<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

Melissa went on to name the RHONJ co-stars she trusts the most and who had her back while filming season 14.<\/p>\n

\u201cI have my girls on the show that I trust and I love. Love Dolores. I love Margaret and I love Rachel. I mean, I am getting to know Danielle a lot better this year,\u201d<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0Melissa remarked.<\/p>\n

\u201cShe seems like a really down to earth, awesome person. So I am also forming new friendships, which I\u2019m happy about.\u201d<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n
