Garcelle Beauvais felt like the former diamond holder was “just getting her voice” on RHOBH.<\/p>\n

When\u00a0Crystal Kung Minkoff\u00a0confirmed her “bittersweet” exit from\u00a0The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills\u00a0after three seasons,\u00a0Garcelle Beauvais was affected by the news.<\/p>\n

Both Crystal and Garcelle joined the cast back in\u00a0Season 10, so the two shared a unique bond as ‘Wives on the show. During a recent chat with\u00a0Access Hollywood\u00a0at the grand opening of\u00a0Lisa Vanderpump’s\u00a0restaurant,\u00a0Wolf, Garcelle shared her raw reaction to Crystal’s departure.<\/p>\n

Garcelle Beauvais reacts to Crystal Kung Minkoff’s\u00a0RHOBH<\/em>\u00a0exit<\/h2>\n

Garcelle first learned about Crystal’s departure when she saw a post about it online.<\/p>\n

“I was shocked by the news,” Garcelle told\u00a0Access Hollywood<\/em>, which is why she reached out to Crystal directly after she saw the headline. “And someone sent me the post, and I forwarded [it] to her, and I said, ‘Tell me this is not true.’\u00a0And then she goes, ‘I was gonna call you.'”<\/p>\n

When Garcelle did connect with Crystal, the mom of two told her that she was leaving the show.<\/p>\n

“I’m bummed, because I feel like she was just getting her voice,” Garcelle continued. “I’m really disappointed too, and, like she said, I think it’s bittersweet for her.”<\/p>\n

While confirming her departure, Crystal referred to the decision as “very bittersweet.”<\/p>\n

“I just wanted to share the news that I will not be coming back to film Season 14 of\u00a0The\u00a0Real Housewives of Beverly Hills,” she said in a video she shared\u00a0on Instagram.\u00a0“It’s very bittersweet.\u00a0Never did I think I would have been asked to do the show in a million years, let alone film it for three seasons. Every single year I was asked back, it was a blessing. It was an honor.”<\/p>\n

“I just wanted to thank you guys for being such an incredible support for me, and I hope that I have been for you, sharing my story with\u00a0my ED [eating disorder], sharing stories about\u00a0my father and his Alzheimer’s,” she continued.\u00a0“I’ve heard so many incredible stories from you guys.”<\/p>\n

Andy Cohen and Kyle Richards React to Crystal’s\u00a0RHOBH<\/em>\u00a0Departure<\/h2>\n

Garcelle wasn’t the only Bravolebrity who was disappointed to learn that Crystal would not be returning to\u00a0RHOBH.<\/p>\n

Kyle Richards, another one of Crystal’s castmates, sounded off on the news during an\u00a0Amazon Live stream.<\/p>\n

“It made me sad, of course…” Kyle said, though she recognizes that Crystal’s post-RHOBH\u00a0future is bright.\u00a0“She’s gonna be great.”<\/p>\n

When\u00a0Andy Cohen\u00a0watched the video of Crystal announcing her exit on Instagram, he had a nothing but respect for the former diamond holder.<\/p>\n
