There\u2019s been a major cast shakeup on The Real Housewives of Potomac and some of your faves are bidding goodbye to the franchise.<\/p>\n

Candiace Dillard is leaving the show\u00a0after six years\u2013 a decision she reportedly made on her own accord.<\/p>\n

However, she\u2019s not the only cast member who\u2019s not returning for Season 9.<\/p>\n

Reportedly, Robyn Dixon is also leaving the show, although we\u2019re still waiting for her to confirm the news.<\/p>\n

However, this comes on the heels of the recently filmed RHOP reunion, which seemingly decided her fate.<\/p>\n

Candiace Dillard confirms her exit from RHOP<\/h2>\n

After six years on the show, Candiace recently confirmed that she\u2019s taking a break from RHOP.<\/p>\n

She spoke to\u00a0PEOPLE\u00a0about the decision to leave and teased, \u201cThis is not a farewell, but a \u2018see you later.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n

The former pageant queen told the media outlet that she\u2019s ready to embark on a new chapter after six remarkable years with The Real Housewives of Potomac.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cI am filled with gratitude for the enriching friendships, personal growth, and moments of introspection that have defined this journey,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n

Candiace joined the show in Season 3 and has used the platform as a launching pad for her singing and acting career.<\/p>\n

The 37-year-old is one of the most controversial Housewives on the franchise, often garnering visceral reactions from viewers due to her sharp tongue.<\/p>\n

However, despite her share of haters, the Driveback singer has a slew of supporters in her corner.<\/p>\n

A source close to production confirmed to PEOPLE that Candiace chose to leave the franchise, but was that the case for Robyn Dixon?<\/p>\n

The Jasmine Brand\u00a0reported on Robyn\u2019s exit from RHOP after being on the show since Season 1 alongside her bestie, Gizelle Bryant.<\/p>\n

However, after eight years,\u00a0the OG is allegedly leaving the show, but \u201cmay still make appearances on the show in the future,\u201d as noted by the media outlet.<\/p>\n
