When\u00a0Kandi Burruss<\/strong>\u00a0announced her\u00a0Real Housewives of Atlanta<\/strong>\u00a0departure, she didn\u2019t know she\u2019d get such strong reactions from Bravo\u2019s biggest star,\u00a0Andy Cohen<\/strong>.<\/p>\n \u201cHe was super sad, which I was like, I don\u2019t know how I expected him to feel,\u201d Kandi told\u00a0Us Weekly. \u201cI didn\u2019t know that he cared that much.\u201d Uh, duh, he cared! Not only is Kandi one of the most popular Housewives the franchise has ever seen, but she is also one of the\u00a0longest-running\u00a0EVER.<\/p>\n But despite her exit leaving a\u00a0huge\u00a0gap in\u00a0RHOA\u2019s\u00a0all-star lineup, the Bravo vet assured Andy and Co. that they would \u201cfigure it out.\u201d<\/p>\n When Kandi decided to leave, she said Andy\u00a0gave her a call\u00a0to make sure this was the move she wanted to follow through with.<\/p>\n \u201cBasically,\u00a0we had a long heart-to-heart, and he made me get teary-eyed, honestly, because at first, I\u2019m just like, OK, yeah, I\u2019m onto the next,\u201d she recalled. \u201cAnd then he\u2019s saying all these things, making me feel like, dang, did I make the right choice?\u201d<\/p>\n The Grammy winner said her conversation with Bravo\u2019s head honcho made her feel \u201cspecial.\u201d She also appreciated that he showed her a\u00a0major\u00a0amount\u00a0of love on his radio show, Andy Cohen Live. \u201cI feel like we\u00a0really\u00a0developed a good relationship based\u00a0off of\u00a0just us having a relationship,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n Of course, this isn\u2019t the first time Kandi has had positive things to say about Andrew.
