Braunwyn Windham-Burke<\/strong>\u00a0claims her ex-husband,\u00a0Sean Burke<\/strong>, owes her nearly $106,000 in past-due child and spousal support.<\/span><\/p>\n

In response to Sean\u2019s request to have his support amounts modified, which he filed last month, the 46-year-old\u00a0Real Housewives of Orange County<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0alum petitioned for civil contempt, claiming\u00a0Sean, 50, has not been adhering to their agreement.<\/p>\n

The U.S. Sun\u00a0revealed details of Braunwyn\u2019s filing on April 18.<\/p>\n

\u201cDespite the clear and unambiguous nature of these Orders, Father has willfully failed to pay to Mother the financial support which she is owed,\u201d Braunwyn wrote,\u00a0noting that for the time between May 2023 to April 2024, she should have been paid $72,000 in child support and $60,000 in spousal support.<\/p>\n

Braunwyn also stated that Sean had been ordered to pay her $10,000 for the costs of her attorneys, for a total of $142,000, but\u00a0only paid $36,261.15.<\/p>\n

\u201cFather is deficient in the amount of $105,738.85 in his court-ordered payments to Mother,\u201d Braunwyn continued, requesting the full amount and all judgment interest and attorney\u2019s fees.<\/p>\n

As\u00a0RHOC<\/em>\u00a0fans may recall, Braunwyn and Sean\u2019s\u00a0divorce was finalized\u00a0in November 2023, one year after she filed documents to end their marriage.<\/p>\n

Months later, Sean asked the court to modify his child support amount of $6,000, which had been ordered in California, since \u201cthere has been a significant variance warranting the modification,\u201d and so it would be\u00a0\u201cin accordance with the Tennessee Child Support Guidelines.\u201d<\/p>\n

Braunwyn and Sean both\u00a0moved to Franklin, Tennessee\u00a0last year and lived together with Braunwyn\u2019s\u00a0fianc\u00e9e,\u00a0Jennifer Spinner<\/strong>, for several months until Sean moved out on his own.<\/p>\n

In addition to being ordered to pay $6,000 per month in child support for their four minor children, including twins Caden and Curren, Koa and Hazel, Sean was forced to pay\u00a0$5,000 per month in spousal support.<\/p>\n

The couple also shares three adult children, including daughters Bella, 23, and\u00a0Rowan<\/strong>, 21, and son\u00a0Jacob<\/strong>, 18, the latter two of which have spoken out against Braunwyn in recent months, accusing her of\u00a0being an \u201cabuser\u201d\u00a0and a\u00a0lying narcissist. Rowan even\u00a0requested a protective order\u00a0against her mother.<\/p>\n

Prior to the finalization of their divorce last year, Sean asked the court to reduce his child support payments to $3,000 because he had a \u201csubstantially increased timeshare with the children.\u201d<\/p>\n

According to Sean, he was caring for their brood \u201c66 percent\u201d of the time while Braunwyn was with them \u201c34 percent\u201d of the time \u2014 the opposite of what it had been before that. He also accused his former spouse of taking\u00a0too many vacations without the kids.<\/p>\n

\u201cAdditionally, over the last few months due to Braunwyn\u2019s personal vacations and [what\u2019s] scheduled for November, she has only been in the home 1\/3 of the time, instead of 2\/3 of the time that child support was based on,\u201d he wrote in his since-denied request.<\/p>\n

Around the time of her court filing against Sean, Braunwyn took to her Instagram page, where she accused Sean of leaving her with nothing when they split in 2021.<\/p>\n

\u201cI often hear on here \u2018get a job\u2019 when I mention how helpful my family has been, but here\u2019s the thing\u2026I needed them. When I left my ex-husband he left me with nothing, and while I\u2019m waiting for the courts to make him do the right (and legal) thing, without them we wouldn\u2019t have made it,\u201d she shared. \u201cI\u2019ve been in school, I\u2019m a recovery and wellness coach, I\u2019m going back to school for my law degree, all these things take time, and I\u2019m so grateful they\u2019ve given me this chance.\u201d<\/p>\n
