Kandi Burruss is shutting down the rumors that she had to leave The Real Housewives of Atlanta to make room for Porsha Williams Guobadia\u2019s return. The reality star announced the news last week with a cheeky post to her Instagram.<\/p>\n

When Access Hollywood caught up with Kandi on the red carpet at the 2024 People Choice Awards, the Grammy winner spoke about Big P\u2019s RHOA comeback and her talk with the show\u2019s production team concerning it.<\/p>\n

\u201cI already knew Porsha was coming back,\u201d she said. \u201cShe and I had already talked. We had both discussed that we both were trying to figure out what we wanted to do. \u2026 And a lot of people were acting like I had to leave for her to come back, and that wasn\u2019t the case. \u2026 Production \u2014 they were trying to get us both to come back. So, it wasn\u2019t an either-or situation. I\u2019m happy for Porsha and for what she has coming next.\u201d<\/p>\n

Who else does Kandi think should make a comeback for RHOA Season 16?<\/p>\n

Now that Porsha\u2019s return is confirmed, fans hope this show will regain its charm. There have been many reports about the upcoming cast overhaul, but who does Kandi think should hold one of those coveted peaches?<\/p>\n

\u201cThey gotta have Kenya Moore,\u201d she said. \u201cYou gotta have Kenya Moore. \u2026 But, I think we\u2019re pretty safe; I think she\u2019s gonna come.\u201d<\/p>\n

Another possible casting choice could be the former Housewife turned villainous killer on The Traitors, Phaedra Parks. \u201c\u2026 I would love to see a return to its glory. I would never say never, but if I could help them get back to being the number one franchise, I would love to see them back on top,\u201d Phaedra revealed recently.<\/p>\n
