Ariana Madix\u00a0and\u00a0Katie Maloney\u00a0are seen discussing a salary dispute they had with now-ex-chef\u00a0Penny Davidi\u00a0in a sneak peek at next week\u2019s episode of\u00a0Vanderpump Rules.<\/p>\n

Just days after Katie, 37, confirmed that Penny is\u00a0no longer involved\u00a0with her and Ariana\u2019s sandwich shop,\u00a0Something About Her, a preview shows Ariana, 38, and Katie addressing their issues with\u00a0Lisa Vanderpump, 63, who arrives at the restaurant for a visit.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019ve spoken to Penny \u2026 and you guys aren\u2019t speaking to her,\u201d Lisa tells Ariana and Katie in a sneak peek at the April 30 episode.<\/p>\n

\u201cThere\u2019s a lot of missing pieces,\u201d Ariana replies as Katie explains, \u201cShe proposed she would like to be paid a salary and then, like, a percentage that she would want and so we sent that to our lawyer.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cAnd also,\u201d Ariana continues, \u201cas the two sole owners of this business\u2026\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cOh, she\u2019s not going to be a partner?\u201d Lisa interjects.<\/p>\n

\u201cThis isn\u2019t, like, the three of us as \u2018The Three Musketeers.\u2019 She receives a salary and then we offered, on the backend, 10 percent of profits from this location,\u201d Ariana shares, adding, \u201cThat\u2019s a great deal.\u201d<\/p>\n

According to Lisa, she recalls Penny saying she was \u201cokay with that.\u201d But at the time the preview was filmed, she had apparently had second thoughts.<\/p>\n

\u201cNow she\u2019s saying she\u2019s not,\u201d Ariana reveals as the clip continues.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, in a cast confessional, Katie further explains,\u00a0\u201cWe originally had brought Penny on to be our COO and head of back of house. But we are having a little trouble seeing eye to eye on what her role will be in our business.\u201d<\/p>\n

Back in the scene, Lisa asks the ladies, \u201cSo do you want to part ways with her? \u2026 I know she really wants to be involved.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cThat\u2019s kind of what we\u2019re trying to figure out right now,\u201d Ariana admits.<\/p>\n

Lisa also speaks of Penny in a confessional of her own, telling the camera, \u201cI\u2019ve always had a really good relationship with Penny and she can help the girls. She\u2019s helped me.\u201d<\/p>\n

She even confesses, \u201cI worry that if they part ways with Penny, their restaurant\u00a0will just never open.\u201d<\/p>\n

In other\u00a0Pump Rules\u00a0news, a photo of the exterior of Something About Her was shared by\u00a0Bravo Breaking News\u00a0on\u00a0Instagram\u00a0earlier this week, just as The U.S. Sun confirmed\u00a0its opening date\u00a0of May 22.<\/p>\n

\u201cOk so, I did happen to go see Something About Her the exact same day they announced their opening. Still no sign or outdoor space (just random chairs!), but I\u2019m holding out hope!\u201d the fan page wrote in the caption of their April 25 post.<\/p>\n

As The U.S. Sun stated, the chairs outside were arranged as a makeshift waiting area for potential employees.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe shop is going to add tables to the side alleyway and a custom bench right in front of the store,\u201d a source explained, adding, \u201cThe inside of the shop is ready to go.
