Lisa Vanderpump\u00a0is sharing her thoughts on\u00a0Ariana Madix\u00a0not wanting the\u00a0Vanderpump Rules\u00a0cast to be friends with\u00a0her ex-boyfriend,\u00a0Tom Sandoval.<\/p>\n

While also shading the\u00a0delayed opening\u00a0of Ariana and\u00a0Katie Maloney\u2018s\u00a0sandwich shop\u00a0and addressing several topics related to\u00a0The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills\u00a0and its cast, Lisa, 63, shared the secret to her marriage to\u00a0Ken Todd\u00a0and explained why she doesn\u2019t feel that Ariana, 38, is being reasonable.<\/p>\n

\u201cI understand that, but we also have to understand they\u2018ve been friends for so many years, and they\u2019ve had the experience of being on a television show, [which is] very bonding, for like 14 years. So you can\u2019t just walk away from [everything],\u201d Lisa explained during the April 25 episode of\u00a0Access Hollywood\u2018s\u00a0Housewives Nightcap. \u201c[Scheana Shay] almost grew up with\u00a0Tom Sandoval.\u201d<\/p>\n

As\u00a0Pump Rules\u00a0season 11 continues to air, chronicling the months that followed\u00a0Sandoval\u2019s affair\u00a0with\u00a0Rachel \u201cRaquel\u201d Leviss, 29, Ariana has seemingly become more and more distant from Scheana. And, during an interview earlier this week,\u00a0Ally Lewber, 28, described their relationship as \u201ctense.\u201d<\/p>\n

Also, in recent episodes, Ariana and Katie, 36, have been seen struggling to open Something About Her.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m really hoping it will open very soon because they\u2019ve been paying rent for a long time and they need to open it,\u201d Lisa said of the venue before signaling to Ariana\u2019s distractions, which have included\u00a0Dancing With the Stars\u00a0and a\u00a0stint on Broadway.<\/p>\n

\u201cThere is some excuse and they\u2019ve had\u00a0problems with the city\u00a0but I would have probably opened it a year ago,\u201d she noted, declining the idea of helping out.<\/p>\n

\u201cI do not need to step in anything. How about that?\u201d she declared.<\/p>\n

Moving on to\u00a0RHOBH, Lisa said\u00a0a return\u00a0will \u201cnever happen\u201d in \u201ca million years.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cI left that with a cloud of dust behind me. Never. There\u2019s no way,\u201d she stated. \u201cI\u2019m on\u00a0Vanderpump Villa,\u00a0Vanderpump Rules, and I\u2019m with [Gordon Ramsay] \u2014 [and] being with Gordon is like being on the housewives,\u201d she shared.<\/p>\n

But there is something that would make her return.<\/p>\n

\u201cLike, if they fired them all and it was the\u00a0Real Housewife of Beverly Hills? I would do that,\u201d she admitted before adding that she loves\u00a0Garcelle Beauvais, 57.<\/p>\n

\u201c[Garcelle and I] could be the [RHOBH]. I like it \u2026 [But] there\u2019s a few of them that aren\u2019t very nice,\u201d she continued after\u00a0Kyle Richards, 55, was mentioned.<\/p>\n

She even asked, \u201cKyle who?,\u201d when a reconciliation was suggested.<\/p>\n

As for the\u00a0recent departures\u00a0of\u00a0Crystal Kung-Minkoff, 41, and\u00a0Annemarie Wiley, 41, Lisa asked, \u201cWho\u2019s Annemarie?\u201d<\/p>\n

Also, during the interview, Lisa was asked about the secret to her\u00a0decades-long marriage\u00a0to Ken.<\/p>\n

\u201cThere were no secrets. Tenacity, putting each other first,\u201d she began.<\/p>\n
