The expectant mother&#8217;s makeup included a rosey pink eyeshadow and a glossy lip.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"caas-figure\">\n<div class=\"caas-figure-with-pb\">\n<div>\n<div class=\"caas-img-container portrait\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"caption-wrapper caption-aligned-with-image\"><\/div>\n<\/figure>\n<p>Before the event, the mom-to-be uploaded an Instagram Story video from rehearsals where she shared that she was &#8220;super excited&#8221; for her big night.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;The Recording Academy is always doing amazing things, but this is super cool to be proud of,&#8221; added Candiace.<\/p>\n<p>According to a\u00a0press release, the GRAMMYs on the Hill Awards are &#8220;Washington&#8217;s premier annual celebration of music and advocacy, bringing together congressional leaders and music makers to recognize those who have led the fight for creators&#8217; rights.&#8221; This year&#8217;s honorees include country superstar\u00a0Sheryl Crow\u00a0and Senators\u00a0John Cornyn\u00a0and\u00a0Amy Klobuchar.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"caas-figure\">\n<div class=\"caas-img-container\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"caption-wrapper caption-aligned-with-image\"><\/div>\n<\/figure>\n<p>Candiace shared in a sit-down with\u00a0<em>Entertainment Tonight<\/em>\u00a0published on April 15, that she is &#8220;about 13 weeks&#8221; and &#8220;just about into the second trimester.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;It&#8217;s been weird, but also really wonderful, I think, to keep it kind of to ourselves to this point&#8230; It&#8217;s just been, like, kind of quietly just growing a bun,&#8221; she added.<\/p>\n<p>While Candiace underwent in vitro fertilization (IVF) in January to conceive,\u00a0she admitted to the outlet that she previously had anxiety over wondering if she was ready to be a mother.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I kind of woke up and realized that I was never going to be 100 percent ready.
