A source revealed to\u00a0Us Weekly\u00a0that Mauricio\u2019s been living in his condo \u2013 located in a new West Hollywood development \u2013 for a few months, though he still \u201cwill visit their primary residence often\u201d when Kyle\u2019s out of town.<\/p>\n
\u201cKyle and Mauricio have been living separately for the last few months and he\u2019s been staying [in his condo]. They\u2019ve both been traveling a lot recently, so it\u2019s working out where they don\u2019t stay under one roof,\u201d according to one insider.<\/p>\n
And, Mauricio\u2019s new condo boasts at least one celebrity neighbor. A second source spilled that Matt Damon snagged a unit in the same building for $8.6 million.<\/p>\n
Even though Mau has a place of his own, one of the sources said that he and Kyle still don\u2019t have immediate plans to officially end their 27-year marriage. Why? Rich people problems.<\/p>\n
