Jenelle and David might not have a moment of peace anytime soon. The Teen Mom pair is fighting for a divorce. But their fight is turning nasty by the day. The duo is busy hurling mud at each other.<\/p>\n

While asking for a divorce, Jenelle also wanted full custody of her daughter. But she didn\u2019t stop there. The star revealed she has some \u201csmoking gun(s),\u201d and she might be bringing them to the courtroom soon. She has things on David and will be bringing them to the court!<\/p>\n

Teen Mom: Jenelle Brings A \u201cSmoking Gun\u201d To Court<\/h2>\n

While David and Jenelle\u00a0fight for divorce, they also fight for custody of their daughter. Jenelle wants full custody, arguing she was the one caring for Ensley. The pair has also made the custody battle the first priority. But Jenelle is upping the stakes in the custody battle. The custody hearing is set to happen sometime shortly.<\/p>\n

A source told\u00a0Thesun\u00a0that people in \u201cNorth Carolina\u201d have \u201c30 days to respond\u201d to a \u201ccivil case.\u201d They think \u201cthose 30 days\u201d ended in the Teen Mom couple\u2019s case, so they have to respond. The \u201cfirst step\u201d is \u201cto set up temporary child custody,\u201d and Jenelle has to file for it. According to the source, Jenelle has filed only a protective order against David.<\/p>\n

However, another source said that Jenelle claims she has some \u201csmoking gun(s)\u201d of dirt against David. She might also use some in the court. The report of Jenelle\u2019s claim comes up after she refused to divulge things about David. She had told the fans she was \u201cscared for her life\u201d and that\u00a0David might harm her. But now there are reports that Jenelle might be using these \u201cgun(s)\u201d in court.<\/p>\n
