Bradley Cooper is channeling one of the greats.
The Academy Award nominee, 49, sported a bright yellow Muhammad Ali bomber jacket on Friday morning as he stepped out in New York City.
Referencing Ali’s run as undisputed heavyweight champion, the boxer’s name was stitched on the front with ‘1974,’ and it also read ‘People’s Champ’ on the back.
The yellow jacket, which Cooper wore buttoned all the way up, featured purple writing and details.
He complemented the jacket with some faded jeans and a pair of tan Air Jordans.

The Maestro star’s latest outing comes after his girlfriend Gigi Hadid, 29, confirmed she was in Las Vegas and Carmel, California with Cooper last month with her Thursday Instagram post.
‘Twas my bday (week) feelin so grateful,’ the model wrote on Instagram with photos from the trip, which showed images from Carmel and Vegas but did not include Cooper.
The pair was also joined by Hadid’s close pal Taylor Swift and her boyfriend Travis Kelce for both stops.
Bradley and Gigi were first romantically linked in October and have continued to grow closer while recently putting on some PDA.
Last month, a source told ET that the pair is ‘in love‘ and connected ‘in a deep way,’ describing their relationship as ‘easy, fun and normal.’
‘Things have continued to blossom between Gigi and Bradley and have gotten serious,’ the insider said. ‘Everyone around them sees their natural connection.

Although Hadid was not able to attend the 96th Academy Awards in March, the pair was reportedly planning to ‘hard launch’ their relationship at the awards show.
